Interior
  • Step 1: Gel bait applied to kitchen and bathroom cabinets.

  • Step 2: Granular Borate-based bait placed under all major appliances, i.e.: stove, hot water heater,                 dishwasher, refrigerator, washer/dryer, etc.

  • Step 3: Gel bait applied to all plumbing areas.

  • Step 4: Fine granular Borate-based bait in closets, under large furniture, behind bookshelves, and                 entertainment centers.

  • Step 5: Granular Borate-based bait placed around interior perimeter of garage.

  • Step 6: Granular Borate-based ant and roach bait around conducive areas of the attic, if applicable.

Exterior
  • Step 7: Borate-based liquid ant bait attractant to critical exterior areas of structure.

  • Step 8: Silica/pyrethrin dust to Webster, then sweep down any and all spider webs, mud daubers, and                 paper wasp nests within 12 feet of the ground (this is a preventative and corrective treatment).

  • Step 9: Silica/pyrethrin dust to cracks, crevices, utility and plumbing areas around exterior of structure.

  • Step 10: Weather-resistant borate-based granular ant and roach bait around the perimeter of the                   structure 4-6 feet.
  • Step 11: Inspect liquid ant bait application sites for activity and ants species identification. Treat ant trails                   with appropriate bait and/or targeted materials.
